Overhead console, as pictured. Black in color. It is brand new. I purchased it so that I could swap the motion sensor hardware over to my own console. This has buttons for sunroof and rear sliding window.
Part number is FL3Z-18519A70-LAW. This part number obviously reflects having the motion sensor hardware, so just be aware that this does not have it.
