These were a part of my 1001HK kit, I had them on the truck for about 3 days before I went to a different shackle length. These have part # 6703-100 on them and measure roughly 3 3/8" center to center (a bit shorter than stock on my 2019). Probably works on other years too. $50 shipped in the US.
Sorry, for some reason I didn't get a notification. Yes, these lift the rear. They are a part of the belltech 1001HK lowering/flip kit, I stuck with my stock shackles to make the truck lower than what the kit would have been.
