3” Rear Block

i ordered a kit thinking it was a 1.5” block for my 2wd but it came with a 3” block instead.

60obo shipped with paypal friends and family or 65 with paypal regular

Does it come with u-bolts? I have some 2" blocks I'm looking to replace.
