No, the manufacturer cannot void a warranty for a consumer using an aftermarket or recycled part unless they can prove it caused damage somehow according to the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act: https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/article...ne-maintenance

If you have a 2018-2020 XL/XLT and were contemplating this upgrade from me then you should do it within the next month or so before my stock of 2020 clusters runs out and you'll be at the mercy of what pops up used from salvage yards and I start a waiting list again.
