It would (I have one in my '16) except for the vertical gear tree (1-6) doesn't display correctly and doesn't even show up until you downshift to 3rd gear I believe. If you don't have select shift in your truck then it wouldn't be an issue.

Pm sent. 2016 F150 XLT 5.0l 6 speed. I would like an 8" cluster, if/ when you get them in. IDC about the select shift, as i hardly use it.
