wiper madness

I have a 2000 f150. I have the battery unpluged right now, when I plug it back up. the wipers will not turn off. Is that a short in the switch or the wire running to the motor.

It seems like a short in the switch causing it to run power to the motor with it on or off. Try replacing the switch and see if that fixes the problem.
