I have a 2004 Heritage and Im having intermitent issues with my wipers. Sometime when I turn them on nothing happens. Other time when they are on and i turn them off they stay on or if i change the wiper speed it dosent change. there are times when they work fine. What i have noticed is that this does not happen when in neutral but does in any other gear. If im driving and the wipers give me an issue i just pop the truck into neutral and the wipers work fine and I just pop back into drive and the wipers continue to work in in what ever position i put them in while the truck is in neutral. any suggestions would be appreichated in resolving this.
