Default Windshield wipers dead

I have a 2001 f150 lariat. Windshield wipers started working sporadically then just quit all together. I have replaced the motor the relays and finally the multifunction switch and still get nothing. If I jump a wire to the motor it comes on. You can hear relays kicking on and of if you cut them on.

Just pulled the box... amazingly clean actually. Especially seeing as I used to live on a dirt road.

No.... I think I found something.... the relays were not seated on the fuse box under the hood, one side was in, causing it to kick on,but the other side wasn't connected, there or not sending power. But I'm not sure how to address that.

01 can have the leaky windshield problem. Do you have any other weird symptoms? Window switches clicking, any lights flickering on and off?

If you switch it to the auto setting it will come on for a second... the right off. All this happened while fixing the wiper problem.... I would think it' related to the fuse box
