Hi all. Need a little help here. On Tuesday, my windows decided to stop rolling down but my moon roof still opens. First thing I checked was the fuse and that is still good. Next thing I was told to try was the master switch. I replaced that today with a brand new one and still my windows don't roll down. Any suggestions would be great.

Whenever you click the button are their any sounds at all like a clicking noise?

 

Have you checked the fuse that the power for the windows is supplied off of? It's a different circuit than the moon roof.
