All of a sudden, after working well for 7 years, my rear driver side window won't roll up. The switch in the affected door as well as the driver's switch result in no effect. I can't her any noises when either switch is used. Any ideas folks? Thanks in advance!

 

Year or truck? What have you tried for diagnosing the issue?

I'd bet motor or loose connector/wires.

Pull the door panel off, run jumpers to the motor ( positive and negative) and see if it works.
