Default Whats the Common problems?

Read alot of problems different people have with there 97-03 on this site. A few guys iwork with have identical trucks to mine, all in the 120k-160k range. Here are the problems all 3 of our trucks have had.

Windshield Wiper bushings- The bushing from the motor arm to the wiper arm assembly wore out, and caused the motor to come disconnected from the wipers.

Control wire from firewall relay to starter relay- Wire has had internal corrosion, or bad connection at some point, and will not engage starter.

4wd actuator- Mine does move, but not enough to engage hubs. Going to see if vacume leak somewhere. Imagine the actuator is either a work, or not working unit.... dont think there would be a half way point.

Transmission filler tube has rotted/broke on 2 of our trucks.

Just curious to other common problems people have experienced with these trucks. The problems were on a 98, and 2 99's, all 4wd with the 4.6

Talking about the actuator for the hubs on the front axle, not the transfer case.

My 2000 has only had the Idler Arm go bad from wear and tear. Other than that, normal stuff that needs to be replaced like ignition coils and the connector lines to them, because the heads were fried from constant long distance travel.
