Default What is this part?

I've just recently replaced all plugs and coil packs trying to get rid of a slight shake in my truck while it's running on idle. It was still doing it until I pressed down on the part in the attached photos and the idle went back to normal. What is it called and what does it take to replace it?

Thank you,
Michael

That would be an egr valve/sensor combination. What year is the truck and what engine?

Yep, it's the egr valve.
