Question what do these codes mean?

i have a 95 ford f150 5.0 V8 and i pulled the codes off of it the brand of the code reader is INNOVA for 81-95.

codes i pulled:126-manifold absolute pressure or barometric sensor above or below normal.
172-HEGO [HO2S] sensor fault/lean
332-insufficent EGR flow detected
40-HEGO [HO2S] sensor voltage low/system lean, HEGO [HO2S] sensor out of range/always lean, no HO2S switching detected

I have changed the MAP sensor and the EGR valve so that's weird that its pulling a code for both

If I recall correctly your EGR is vacuum actuated. Check your vacuum lines for leaks. I believe you have a vacuum canister that is made if metal, check it for rust through leaks. EGR tubing sometimes gets clogged, check and make sure the flow path is open
