Waterpump Noise

What do you think this noise is thats coming from my waterpump? There is very little play in the shaft. Its a 2016 Ford F150 3.5 Ecoboost.

The water pump bearing likely is going. It;s ten years old .You could disengage the belt and spin the WP, alternator, tensioner, a/c and smog pump to find the culprit.
