Unhappy Water

On Wednesday I got into my 2018 F150 Lariat and as I was driving I noticed my NAV was frozen, in fact pressing the NAV button from the home screen wasn't responding. I called my service Mgr at the local dealership and he said it was likely the module and that it seems to be a common issue. I brought it in the next morning. After about 30 minutes and came and got me and said he needed to show me something. The tech had removed the pass side carpet, and all the trim pieces. They were all soaked. Apparently some gasket or seal on the firewall near an a/c part had deteriorated and when it rained all the water was draining into the vehicle. He originally said it would be about a 9 hour repair. He put me in a rental and I went upon my way. A few hours later he text me and said part is on back order until October 27th and 254 were already being requesting by dealers.

Anyone else having this issue? Apparently, the radio was shorting from the water. 14,000 miles
