Default Violent shake in the front end

Sorry if this has been covered before but I have not been able to find anything to help me.
my truck has a very violent shake around 35 mph, and I can’t go faster to see if it smooths out bc it’s that bad. Tires are balanced, I changed out sets of rims and tires bc I thought that was the problem. A little bit of play in the steering wheel but nothing terrible, jacked up the front end and the driver side has no play and the passenger side has the smallest bit of play, I got under the truck and everything seems tight. Got somebody to turn it while I was under it. The shock is a little loose and the track bar bushing where it connects to the lower shock mount has 1/4-1/2 of play. The ball joints squeak(or something very close to it) Could one of those be the problem? Or would it be something else?

If your truck is an older generation that have the disk brakes on rear for stopping and drum brakes on rear for the e-brake, then your ebrakes are not retracting due to lack of use and maintenance. Lube and service the e-brake drum system.

That would cause the front end to shake?

no it has never been right for me, I’ve had it for about 6 months but it had engine problems I’ve been fixing. It only has 110k miles but it sat for a couple years

A very violent shake at 35 mph on an unknown truck. It's not going to be a simple problem. Could be a broken/rusted frame, a steering connection to the frame, or a problem in the rear. It sounds dangerous. If you're asking here then you should probably get some help. Any decent alignment shop would probably take a look at it for free, just because they might get the work.

I edited the original post but it’s a 1995 Ford F-150 2wd, the front tires are the ones that are shaking and I wanted to fix it myself and i have a decent bit of knowledge of mechanisms but not the ford I beam suspensions, figured there were some problems/places that are pretty common

unable to drive it to the front end shop and don’t have a truck and trailer to trailer it there
