Default USB Sync port

I recently spilled water in my usb port which cause it to malfuntion. I ordered a new port, installed and i am still not getting a response from the usb port, specifically apple car play. THe lights light up on the port, ive tried multiple usb cords. It doesnt charge either. I even master reset the radio and it still isnt working. Anyone have any ideas?

Use FORSCAN to check for stored codes. They system may have shut off the circuit and won't re-enable it until the code is cleared. Let us know.

Ok there was a code for apim module said it shorted and shut it off. Cleared the codes with new usb port still doesn’t work. Gonna change cable going from port to back of radio as that is the only other thing it could be

Default Update

Changed usb port, and the cable that goes to the usb port and connects to radio. Also cleared out apim error with forscan. Everything works now.
