Ok I have heard the spark plug problem on the stock plugs. I want to go ahead and change them now at 30,000miles. Where are the options of getting them etc..?

This is the style we need correct? Im new to the new spark plugs

Yes those are the plugs that your truck has. You should replace them with the name brand Brisk plug. Some of the other members on here can tell ya where to get them.

Ran across this concerning changing the plugs on a 5.4. After looking at this I am sure glad I have a 302 V8 in my truck.

And here is a source for your sparkplugs.

For an engine that is found in such large numbers it seems your choices for spark plugs are
some what limited. I have long favored Bosch platinum.

I just learned a real interesting thing, if you are running NOX do not use
platinum plugs, use Iridium instead.

Trashmaster I mean no disrespect, whoever wrote that article in the first link dosen't know his tail from a hole in the ground. The 4.6 are COP now too. You do not have to remove the fuel rail.. Well at least on the pre 3v 5.4 you didn't. The plug he showed is pre 3v. TSB 06-15-2 states what I have said for years.. Do not put antiseize on the threads. On the new plugs you can put it on the blank area below the threads not on the threads. The new plugs are a 9/16 not 5/8.

He mentioned in the text everyone had a different way of doing this job. removing the fuel rails, leaving them on. I do not have one of these engine I have no way of evaluating it. good photo's though. I noticed the anti seize thing too, really stupid they nickel plate the threads to prevent seizing.
