Anyone in the NJ area looking to get your truck tuned, DO NOT USE Ida Prefromance in Morganville NJ. He screwed me, did a tune now the trans wont shift right. He said he wouldd reset it to stock he now wont, he gave me my money back and thats it. Now I have a truck with a f ed up trans and a tune that wont run.

What type of tuning device did he/you use? If it was an SCT unit, it will autosave your stock tune in it when a custom one is uploaded. So just need to use the handheld and select "Return to Stock" setting and it will reflash your stock tune to the truck.

 

he used a diablo predator and he has the unit i dont

 

Id go back to him and ask to reflash it back to stock as the Diablo saves the stock tune as well. How much did you pay for the tune? Usually they include the handheld with the tune since the unit becomes vin locked to your vehicle when a custom tune is uploaded so useless for anybody else.

 

I payed ALOT, since he rufunded me my money he wont do it. Im going to the dealer hopefully they can bring it back to stock for me
