Question Truck Keeps Having Problems

Last August My Buddy Wrecked My Truck (2004 Ford F150 With a 6" lift) . He Fell Asleep Driving and veered off the road hitting a telephone box, running the truck through some brush and finishing it off with a trip into a 3 foot colvert which i believe made the tow hook catch and bassically crush the front horn like a pop can if you bend then so to speak. He explained to me he hit the telephone box at between 45 to 55 mph. it was hard enough impact for my head to smash a metal satelite phone charger into my CD player and bend the CD player in so it sat crooked.
there is obvious damage to the front horn of the truck on the left side and the bumper. i had to replace the entire left side of the axle (independent) starting at the C/V Boot out to the Brake Roator. I'm Still Having Complications and i live in a small town and the nearest repair shop or even someone who can look at it is 100 miles away and it seems to me about every hundred miles something else goes wrong from the crash (Ex. had to replace my return line for my power steering cooler because it was rubbing on my fan belt. and just today my brake caliper is starting to rub on the inside of my rim on the right side though.)
so i think it might be the frame is bent and making everything else out of whack. I Guess what i'm asking here is from what i have described do you believe it is a bent frame or just more damaged parts. and is there anyway to tell if the frame is bent myself? any help would be greatly appreciated.
I took some pics of the damage if more is needed to help then i can get them

It's pretty tough to tell if your frame is bent unless it's really bad. Your best bet would be to have it put up on a frame rack. Honestly, there really isn't much point to put any money into repairs until you can find out if it's bent and if so, if it's fixable. Good luck, and hopefully everything works out. It's a shame, that's a good looking truck.
