Default Truck dies at red lights when it's warmed up but outside air temp is cold

Hey everyone, I've been having issues with my truck (2012 f150 5.0) dying at red lights or at stops when it's warmed up but the air temp is cold, mainly below -10C. Typically the rpm starts to surge between 500-800 rpm then will drop to 400 and become unresponsive until it dies. I can start it back up again and continue on 99% of the time. I've had a few other issues probably related I've been correcting over the last few months but this is where I've ended up. I don't get any codes or pending codes so I'm at a loss for ideas. So far, it started with a code saying my #1 cylinder was running lean so I changed the pcv valve and the code went away, then I got a code for o2 sensor bank 1 #2 so I changed it and it went away. Then later one time it died and I got a code for the throttle body circuit not responding so I changed the throttle body and that hasn't come back, but it's still dying as I've mentioned. I also cleaned the mass airflow sensor, changed the oil and filter, new battery and new alternator belt. I also noticed when I drive my climate control air direction tends to change when I come to a stop, like it starts blowing harder when I come to a stop, or vice versa I can't remember which at the moment, could that be related or is it normal? I can't remember from last winter but seems weird anyways. Any ideas where to go from here? Thanks for reading!

I had something happen to me once with an older F150. It would die when I stopped at a light or stop sign. Sometimes my instrument panel would go a bit crazy, and other times it would be normal.
Turned out to be the battery was at the end of it's life. New battery cured everything.

That's what I was hoping for when I replaced mine but it didn't help, it was getting old anyways so it wasn't a total waste

Do you have a fairly clean air filter in it?

Didn't help, it actually just died while I was driving it and went to limp mode, i got the p2111 code again saying Throttle Actuator Control System Stuck Open, that's the code I got before that prompted me to replace the throttle body, but it's really cold out today and that seems to be when it fails the worst

Okay, last try............have you done a recalibration procedure after you replaced the throttle body?
