Good for you.

I don't know what tranny your truck has, but there is a process to flush Ford tranny's a few times which does get most of the fluids out of the torque converter. I flushed my F250 tranny at 120K miles, and the fluid was still red and smelled just fine.

It's not a difficult job, but it can pretty greasy.

Oh yeah, I was super worried about doing it because a few ppl told me it do more harm than good, but I do have a bunch of money to pay someone to fix it work on my truck so there t why come here to ask for help and advice as I don't mind digging in and learning new things.
Just glad that it did work for me.
I appreciate your comments and not being rude like a few ppl on this forum can be.
Stay blessed Aloha....

I drained the tranny and put in the new filter, cleaned the pan and put back together, filled up the tranny with 4 quarts transmission fluid and started the truck I continued to fill the tranny while it was pumping out the old dark fluid. I did this until the fluid started coming out clean and turned off the truck. Reconnected the line and restarted the truck and topped off the tranny....
It's been good since, praises go to God 🙏🙏🙏. attached a length of rubber hose to line out from the tranny that goes into the cooler unit and ran it into a bucket
