I have a 1994 f 150 with a 5.8. Every now and then when it gets warmed up it will slip or act like it gets thrown into neutral. I have taken it to a transmission shop and the people there said there wasn't anything wrong with it. I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of what the problem might be. Thanks

 

Welcome to the forum! What kind of transmission do you have? If it's manual, it might mean the clutch is completely worn out, or there's a leak in rear main sealer or in tranny input sealer.

 

its automatic and has an e4od
