Default TPMS question

Hey everyone, I was wondering about the Tire Pressure Monitor System and the tire pressure in my tires on my '17 F-150. This is the first vehicle I've ever owned with it. I'm running the stock Goodyear Wranglers that came with the truck, and the sidewall says 51 psi cold. The inside of my door says max 35 psi. I'm running my tires at 45 psi right now, at 35 psi they look too low. At what psi does the low tire light come on, and is 45 psi too much or too little? Thanks guys.

How a tire looks doesn't mean anything. The door sticker doesn't show max, it shows the recommended pressure for best comfort and fuel mileage.

I run mine at 35psi ....if you put a chalk line across the tread
on one tire from side to side and drive a straight line down the road
you should erase the chalk line on the bottom of the tire but not
up the sides... my tpms lights up at 20psi....
