so the touchscreen wouldn't light up on startup, and would randomly turn on after 45 minutes or so. Truck went into the dealer and head unit was replaced (no warranty coverage) 80 000 km's, $1500 bucks. The kicker? Its been sitting at the dealer with new head unit because the dealer can't download the update from ford server with no estimated time to repair.... 2 weeks now and the dealer cannot tell me when this truck will be available. what in the actual fu$# ?

is this a dealer problem or a Ford problem? Dealer telling me he has 2 sitting on the lot awaiting "programming"?

That's pretty lame you would think they would have preloaded software on USBs for this kind of thing.
