Default tortion key question

Ive recently bought a 2003 ford f150, i cant decipher if it has a lift kit or leveling kit, it has 2 in blocks on the leaf springs(which makes me think it has a lift) and rancho shocks that aren't stock. i bought a 3in lift kit prior to getting the truck, with pro comp es9000 shocks, and 2 in rear blocks, i can do the lift myself except i don't know if the truck has had the torsion keys replaced to accommodate the new shocks and rear blocks. so my question is can i put on my new shocks and new 2 in lift blocks without replacing the torsion keys(assuming they are the ones the truck originally had). or will that cause damage?? and is there any way to tell if the torsion keys will fit my new lift. thanks

depends is the 3in lift you have a full cradle lift if so and the keys that are in there factory or not will just have to be adjusted up or down to how level you want the truck then make sure you get a alignment but you should do the front first then see if you need to get a 3 or 4in block to keep it lever blocks are not to expensive and removing the keys can be a pain.

hope that helps
