Default Tire Roll?

Ive noticed of the past couple of days when i turn after a stop that my back end feels like it is bouncing. While i was looking under the bed to see if some thing may have broke i noticed that on my tires it looks like the side walls are rubbing on the pavement when i turn. The tires are only 1 1/2 years old.
By the way its a 2004 F150 ext cab with 120 plus miles. The suspension is oem as far as i know. I put on a leveling kit on a year or two back and no other mods.
Any ideas will help.
The back end does push down pretty easy at rest. Would the shocks cause this.

Thanks for the help.

My mom has an 04 F150 and seems to have the same problem, after coming to a stop, when you turn and go theres a vibration coming from the back.

same thing goin on with mine, a very good mechanic said its the carrier bearing( which cant be replaced)
the driveshaft is 800 from ford or you can get a good one from an ebay store for 400 that is not a pos. check my thread 'got rearend chatter' for info
also it helps to grease the slip yoke, just bust the rear ring on the boot and use a big ziptie in its place when you put it back together.
id grease the slipyoke first and if it doesnt fix it replace the shaft

Sounds like one of two things.
Air pressure low. Will allow the sidewall to roll over during cornering.
Or
Passenger car tires. Sidewalls are too soft for the weight of a full size truck.

Check for both. Either one can cause problems while going down the highway.
