Thumping sound
I have a 2015 f150 fx4 eco boost with 3 in lift. I had a tire fall off, the hub dropped to the bottom of the rim. I had the dealership look at it. They found the e brake cable was flopping loose. They replaced rear drums, shoes, rotors, calipers and pads. I have had Les Schwab look at it 3x. They found the right rear U-bolts were a little loose. I have new tires and rims installed and aligned.
There is still a thumping sound on the driverside floor board. I had Firestone look at it yesterday. The ball joints are fine. CV axle boot a tiny bit wearing. Spinning the wheel with the truck lift. no bearing play, ball joint issues. Tires have no tire buldge, rims aren't bent and the wheels were balanced again and re torque.
The thumping is getting worse and it has a revolution sound like a tire , axle. Etc
I have no clue. The mechanics that have felt it in a test drive all say they can through parts at it until fixed.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated, so I don't go insane

Left rear tire fell off about a month ago. The thumping is coming from the front driver side. It is slight that you can only feel tapping back on the pedals. Longer trips both driver and passenge can feel. They may not be related but it started right afterwards.
