I have a 2011 F-150 and today my hands free button on steering wheel doesn’t work and the phone button on my dash doesn’t do anything when I press the button. I’ve already replaced the fuse for the sync, but it didn’t fix it. Do I need to replace other fuses or is there something else I can do? I asked an agent on syncmyride and they said to take it to a dealer but they’re all closed by the time I get off work. Any other ideas?
