Default Swaying

I have recently replaced the shocks rotors wheel bearings upper control arm and lower ball joints and when im on the interstate its hard to keep on the road and if a car passes I can feel the truck move and when the wind blows its really bad does anyone know what this could be from?

Is it a 1989 F150? Best guess. Did it do this before or did the problem show up after you replaced the parts?

Short answer is - something is loose.

It's been doing that since before I change the parts could it be my sway bars or tie rods or something of that nature?

Could be those parts... I can’t imagine having the front end apart and not changing the tie rods ends or sway bar links and bushings.

have you looked at where the steering wheel bolts on the steering column? The reason i ask is we had a 85? i think don't quote me. It was doing the same thing and my dad rebuilt the entire steering system, only to find out the steering wheel wasnt tight on the steering column.

There is some kind of bushing and i think that had worn out. maybe just take a look it wasn't hard to get to are change.
