Default Suspension question.

I have to replace the driver's side upper control arm due to a noisy ball joint & torn boot. I am going to replace both lower ball joints since they are a little loose checking them using Fordtechmakuloco's technique in one of his videos. My question is should I replace the upper control arm on the passenger's side while it is apart doing the lower ball joint since I have almost 89K miles on my 05 F150? Is it necessary to replace the upper control arm nuts & bolts when replacing the upper control arm?
