Default Suspension noise

I have a 2014 F150 six 4x4 super crew. Recently I have noticed the front suspension makes a horrible grinding/loud scrapping noise when making a sharp left turn like a u turn or marking a sharp turn out of a Parking spot or pulling into my driveway. My truck has just under 20,000 on it and the only suspension upgrade is the front Bilstein 5100 on the 1.75" setting. Just wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen to them. I noticed long before the struts were installed and all bolts from what I can tell appear tight and dokt appear to be scrapping or loose.

Have you checked tire clearance with the wheels fully turned left and under load? That would be my first guess.

Yeah they are the stock tires that came on the truck when I bought it. I haven't looked but don't believe that would be the issues but I'll look and see.

So for clarification i mean it only happens when the vehicle is rolling forward like it will not happen unless i take my foot off the brake and let the truck creep forward
