Default suspension

I got a question for all the Suspensions Guru's. ...having one of the arm ball joints and tie end rod gone bad....would that effect the height on the front of the truck...or not Doing a alignment after replacing shocks

There are many reasons you can experience front end sagging but ball joints and tie rod ends aren't one of them. If the shocks you installed aren't gas charged and the others were, that could account for a small sag. Usually springs are the culprit.
