Default Stuck in 2wheel low?

I helped my friend change a transfercase selector motor on his 2012 f150 5.0l auto the other day. We out the new motor on the transfercase and when I wired the new harness with the blue wire from the transfer case I put it on the wrong one. Instead if putting it above the yellow wire I put it in the top but opposite side. The truck says it's in 2wd now but when we go to drive it it's still in LOW. The truck says we are going 90mph when actually going 30mph. I took it apart and put the blue wire where it needs to go but the truck still acts the same. Did I mess something up? Does anyone know if this goes through the ECM? I checked the 4x4 control module and everything seems fine(nothing is burnt) I dont know where to continue. I'm afraid i really messed something up. We have no diagrams as he bought the truck used and there was no manual with it. I went through every single fuse(all fine). Please help!

Thanks in advance

Why did you replace it to begin with? Pull the vacuum hose from the solenoid to see if that helps.

so we took it to the dealer. The motor was bad so we did good there and they replaced the vacuum lines and that helped the situation. Thanks for any help. I'm not much of a Ford guy so I didn't know where to start. Anyway cheers!
