Default Steering Wobble

I have a 95 f150 4x4, i recently replaced the tires on my truck. Immediately after I noticed a bad steering wobble. I got new from struts put in, new axle bushings. The alignment shop told me there is nothing out of toe, the tire shop tells me the tires are balanced. When I lock the hubs whether I’m in 2 wheel or 4 wheel, the wobble goes away, when I unlock them it comes back. Any advice is welcome

My thoughts.
This sounds like badly worn front wheel bearings or axle nuts not torqued properly. I would think that this will wear out 4x4 engagement splines.

I’ll going to take off the wheels and hubs to get a better look at the play in the axle U joints and bearings.
