Default Steering wandering

I have a 2019 f150 supercrew with a 5.0 with no modifications including stock 18" Michelin primacy tires with 4400 miles. At 2800 miles the motor was replaced. Since then the truck wanders so I had tires rotated and 4 wheel alignment. There was no problem prior to the motor being replaced, dealer is blaming that model of Michelin tires. The wandering is inconsistent, let off the gas and it goes right sometimes. Even on a road with a high "crown" it will go left and climb the crown (the highest part of the road). I believe the problem has to do with engine replacement. Every thing else is fine.Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

If guesses are allowed, I'd say two things: (1) something in your front end was left loose after the engine swap, and (2) whoever did your alignment missed it.
