I have a 97 f-150 4x4 and I need to swap the steering box because the steering box has jumped a tooth or 2 and the steering wheel is rotated about 10-15 degrees and has a lot of play. I have looked for used ones but all I can find are 2wd boxes, that don't look the same. I am assuming that there is a difference between the 2wd steering box and the 4wd steering box but I want to make sure, because when I look on autozone , etc it only lists the 2wd steering box.
