I have a 2016 F150 and got my brakes replaced at a shop. A few days later squealing. Brought it back and they replaced the rotors and put on ceramic pads. That worked for about a week and then back it came. Took it back to the shop and they put on OEM brake pads. That worked for about three weeks and now back again louder than ever. The shop told me they are out of ideas and to tale it to the dealer. I am concerned now i am going to end up with expensive diagnostics and repair. Anyone have any idea what this could be? It seems to come after a few minutes of driving once they heat up they get louder. Also the front brakes get very hot and I am not sure if that is normal. I know they are hot because if I pour water on them they sizzle like a hot skillet. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
