Default squeaky windows

I have manual windows on my 05 F150. The drivers side has been squeaking real bad lately. Cleaned it, but still squeaking. Any fixes for it?

Did you lube the sliders and tracks with some white lithium grease?

Nope. I am not the smartest with vehicles. How would I go about doing that?

you would remove the door cover usually a handful of screws and you'll need a trim panel removal tool or a screwdriver wrapped in tape might work. then when you look inside you should see the tracks the window slides up and down in just spray the grease into those tracks.
