Default Squeaky turning

2012 F150 ecoboost, all of a sudden turning at low speeds super squeaky sounding.

from what I’ve read, I don’t think there’s any power steering fluid in my truck.

any thoughts on things I can check, troubleshoot, try?

Make sure it's not belt squeel. If ok, take it to a qualified shop for a front end inspection is best. Probably have a dry "lubricated for life" front end component which will eventually fail.. Otherwise, crawl under, have a helper work the steering wheel and go listening.

Umm, look at the power steering fluid reservoir?

Don't think a 2012 has a power steeringpump. Mine had EPAS, Electronic Power Assist Steering.
