Default squeaking/grinding in front end PLEASE HELP !!!!!

i have a 2005 f-150 stx 6 cyl. i have a loud grinding or squeaking noise in my drivers side tire when i turn. i was pretty sure it was one of the ball joints. i replaced the upper ball joint and control arm ,it was one piece. i also replaced the lower ball joint, that didn't fix it. i then replaced the outer tie rod it looked worn and that did not fix it.i did both sides and im in about 700.00 and still have the problem. if anyone could help it would be great. thanks

replaced rotors and pads last year and both looked good. i have some people saying it might be a power steering pump. it only happens when i turn could be the bearings tho. just trying to find out some more info. what do you think about the power steering pump.

Power Steering pump, If you sit stationary, engine running, turning the steering wheel do you hear the grinding/sqeaking? If you do, have someone sit in the truck turning the wheel while you listen/look.
Be careful of moving parts while in/under there.

Or do you hear the grinding/sqeaking only while driving and turning?

4WD/2WD?

i have a 2005 f150 and i changed my brakes and rotors a month ago. i had a grinding noise so i changed the rotors. the sound stopped but just started again. it makes a really bad grinding noise at low speeds. sound familiar?

I have an '08 4x4 and when I turn or am going less then 10mph. I get the same thing but not grinding. It sound kind of like a cricket chirping and I swear it is coming from the front drivers side.
