I have a 2004 F150 FX4. It has the 5.4L 3V engine.Yesterday it started sputtering at cruising speed. This morning driving to work with cooler temps,
it ran perfectly fine without any sputtering. My first though was the fuel filter.
What would you guys recommend.

Oh, it has 200K miles on it as well. I recently had the timing chain and water pump replaced along with new plugs.
