Default spark plugs

What do you guys think is the best spark plug for the 5.4 motor? I have always liked my NGK's but I wanted to see if there was any other opinions on this. Also what do you gap them at?

I have a stock 5.4 other then a K&N intake on the truck if that helps.

Cheers, Bill
