Walked out a short while ago and found the chip/scratch pictured below. Looks like someone backed into it and it’s a hitch or license plate. It is just above the front plate. Runs about 1.5 inches top to bottom. About 2 inches left to right.

Can someone talk me through how to repair this so that it doesn’t lead to long term damage? It’s only 2m old, so a quality repair is important!

Since it is new, I would go to a good body shop. That touch up can't be that expensive and I doubt you can do a good repair where it wouldn't be noticed.
