Default small bend in my frame

I have a 2008 crew cab. I was rear ended 2 weeks ago. the mini van that hit me took on alot of front end damage. My bumper is dented and my after market hitch is bent. But upon close inspection, i found a little pucker in the frame. They say they're going to have to heat and pull the frame. The driver who hit me has the state minimum 5,000.00 of coverage. Does anyone have an idea of what this may cost? I.m getting an estimate on tuesday.

Damn 5k? What state is this?

And I wouldn't think it would cost more than that to bend your frame back though it could take up most of that 5k
