Signal lights and 4-way flasher won't work
I need help. My signal lights and 4-way flasher stopped working. I still have all my lights working, but when I turn the signal light on I get no flashing on any of the bulbs or inside my truck.
I do have HID lights, LED tail lights and a Line of fire tail light bar.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Check fuses, multifunction switch (or flasher relay) depending upon the age of your rig. LEDs draw less power, but HIDs tend to draw more. Since the items you speak of are considered "aftermarket", product durability and their connections may be questionable. Use a test lamp or multimeter to check these items.

The reason would be excessive amperage load on that circuit. The fuse is blowing to protect the wiring.
With a suitable ammeter remove the blown fuse and activate each light circuit while bridging the fuse contacts in the panel with the probes so the amperage load will pass through the ammeter. A 30amp 12V meter salvaged from an old instrument cluster should be sufficient. If the meter pegs out, you have too much load and will need to install one or more relays of sufficient rating and additional wiring to split the circuit to handle the load.
