Short delay before starter kicks in
I have a 94 F150 with the 4.9l engine. When I turn the key to start, there is often a short delay(up to about 1 second) after I hear the solenoid click before the engine turns over. I assume this is a problem with either the solenoid or starter, but wanted to hear some opinions before I tear things apart. Thanks!
