Guys need you help here. I have been searching the forum and this problem seems to re-occur so it has been discussed a few times but I still am having some trouble.

My cruise control is working, brake lights are working so I decided to replace the shift interlock solenoid.

2007 F150 Center Console Shifter

I orderd a Dorman Shift Interlock Actuator from Amazon and checked and double checked to make sure that I was ordering the correct part. But I think the sent me the wrong part. Can anyone confirm or am I looking at the wrong part??

From all the discussions I found it seemed like the interlock solenoid was located under the manual relase tab. I am in the right area?

I am having the same problem and they also sent me the same thing. I will be going to ford dealer ship and they stated the item was 160$.
