Default Rub/grind noise only when accelerating?

Hello all! I’m having a problem with a grind/rub type noise when accelerating. I will add a video that may help get an idea of what it sounds like. I’ve checked the wheel bearings and they seem fine. The truck seems to be driving fine, no shakes or vibrations in he steering wheel. Read that it could be the iwe hubs but before doing the work was wondering if anyone might know off hand what it could be? The truck does NOT make this noise when I was driving in the snow with the 4wd on. I’ve replaced the vacuum check valve and 4wd solenoid (which I read can also cause a similar problem) but it is still doing it. Had the transmission replaced about 2 years ago, but was thinking it can possibly be another issue with that? Thanks for all of your help it’s much appreciated getting another though on it! The truck is a 2010 f150 xlt 4.6 v8

Did you check the lines for loose connections or cracks? Do you have the ability to check vacuum to see if it holds or leaks? I’d check those before assuming it is the IWE(s) first. Not saying it couldn’t be but, lets check the easy and cheapest first.
