Rough idle

Rough idle
2004 f150 5.4 3v idles rough and stalls when stopped. I tried checking cvt solenoids, fuel filter and injector cleaner. but I hear vacuum hissing so I completely chocked the throttle body just for s**ts and giggles, it did not stall and improved idle ???. I removed the manifold and found nothing. Any thoughts please advise.
